Successful referrals earn 5%–15% of the final project value. Standard qualified projects start at 5%. High-value or highly qualified introductions are typically 10%. Strategic, recurring, or enterprise opportunities can reach 15%. The exact rate is confirmed after we review the opportunity — not every referral qualifies for the top rate.
What qualifies as a successful referral?
A referral is successful when the business you introduce is not already in our active sales pipeline, we confirm the opportunity is a fit, and the prospect becomes a paying Dtechkrew client. The commission is calculated on the final contracted project value after the qualifying payment is received.
When is the commission paid?
We pay the agreed commission after the client’s qualifying payment lands. For multi-stage or retained work, we confirm the payment schedule when we accept the referral so you know exactly when the reward is due.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes. There is no cap on how many businesses you can introduce. Submit a separate referral for each opportunity so we can track status, qualification, and commission independently.
Which services are eligible?
Eligible work includes AI automation and AI agents, business workflow automation, website design and development, web applications, mobile apps, data science and machine learning solutions, and custom software. If the need spans more than one service, describe the full scope — we treat it as one opportunity.
What happens if the business is already in your sales pipeline?
If we are already in an active conversation with that company, we will tell you promptly. Existing pipeline opportunities are not eligible for a referral commission. First introduction with a complete brief is what counts.
How is my referral information protected?
We use the details you share only to qualify and contact the prospect, track the opportunity, and pay your commission. We do not sell referral data. Please only submit contacts you have permission to introduce.
